In order to apply for the beamtime in our facility, you only need to send us your proposal via the electronic <a href=\"https:\/\/beamtime.hilase.cz\/login\">HiLASE Open Access Proposal Management System<\/a>. The right time to apply is just now: the call for proposals is open from 1<sup>st<\/sup> March to 15<sup>th<\/sup> May 2023.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hilase.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/OPEN-ACCESS-TO-THE-HILASE-CENTRE-RESEARCH-INFRASTRUCTURE.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We provide successful applicants with access to short-term open access to our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hilase.cz\/en\/we-offer\/open-access\/research-infrastructure-for-open-access\/\">top-grade facilities<\/a>, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>High power lasers:<\/strong> high energy nanosecond Bivoj laser, high repetition rate picosecond PERLA B &amp; PERLA C lasers, DG laser, Astrella laser;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stations for laser applications:<\/strong> Laser Induced Damage Threshold, Laser Shock Peening, laser micromachining with PERLA C and with Pharos laser;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Characterisation devices:<\/strong> Scanning Electron Microscope, X-ray Diffractometer, Raman Spectrometer &amp; Atomic Force Microscope, Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope, PLD workstation and Reflectron time-of-flight mass spectrometer (RETOFMS) combined with vacuum chamber.\n<div><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>The call for proposals is a perfect opportunity both for researchers with an experiment with low repetition rate that needs to be piloted on a high average power, and for researchers preparing an experiment with high average power lasers.<\/div>\n<p><strong>More details can be found at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hilase.cz\/en\/we-offer\/open-access\/\">hilase.cz\/en\/we-offer\/open-access\/<\/a>.
