They are now available also to other users in the frame of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hilase.cz\/en\/we-offer\/open-access\/\">Open Access<\/a> programme. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hilase.cz\/en\/new-call-for-proposals-open-access-to-the-hilase-centre-facilities\/\">call for proposals<\/a> is open until 15 May 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hilase.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/New-characterisation-devices-and-workstations-now-available-in-Open-Access.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>What do we have to offer? Check it out here:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Scanning electron microscope<\/strong> with imaging resolution of 1.2 nm, accelerating voltage between 200 eV to 30 keV, multi\u2010Ported large specimen chamber and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hilase.cz\/en\/scanning-electron-microscope-sem\/\">more<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>X-ray diffractometer<\/strong> featuring 5\u2010 axis sample stage suitable for 50 mm large and 20 mm thick samples and software with ICSD crystallography database (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hilase.cz\/en\/x%e2%80%90ray-diffractometer-xrd\/\">see more<\/a>);<\/li>\n<li><strong>Raman spectrometer<\/strong> <strong>&amp;<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Atomic force microscope <\/strong>providing direct Raman access from side and top allowing simultaneous Raman and AFM Measurements (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hilase.cz\/en\/raman-spectroscopy-station\/\">more<\/a>);<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0<strong>Laser Scanning confocal microscope<\/strong> with objective lens magnifications: from 5x\u2010100x and total magnification capability: 5x\u201017,280x (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hilase.cz\/en\/laser-scanning-confocal-microscope\/\">see more<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>New this year we offer also<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>PLD workstation for thin film deposition and laser ablation plume analysis<\/strong> &#8211; high vacuum chamber reachable to &lt; 5\u00d710<sup>-6<\/sup> mbar base pressure; possibility to perform ablation plume spectroscopy and study ablation plume dynamics (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hilase.cz\/en\/pld-workstation\/\">read more<\/a>);<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reflectron time-of-flight mass spectrometer (RETOFMS) combined with vacuum chamber<\/strong>\u00a0 &#8211; detected mass range 1-5000 u for positive ions and 1-3000 u for negative ions (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hilase.cz\/en\/retofms\/\">more here<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Here you can find further details about our <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hilase.cz\/en\/we-offer\/open-access\/research-infrastructure-for-open-access\/\">top-notch infrastucture.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","oddelovace":"none"}]},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.9 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>New characterisation devices and workstations now available within Open Access - HiLASE<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"In the HiLASE Centre we use top-class characterisation devices.
