Members of the ISAB Ulrike Fuchs, Jind\u0159ich Hou\u017evi\u010dka, and Laeticia Petit met with representatives of the LasApp work packages to discuss project progress, share insights, and provide valuable feedback on ongoing activities.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hilase.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/Prvni-setkani-International-Scientific-Advisory-Board-projektu-LasApp.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>However, that was not the only item on the board\u2019s schedule. After the meeting, they visited the laboratories of the <strong>HiLASE Centre<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fzu.cz\/\">Institute of Physics<\/a>), as well as the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufe.cz\/cs\">Institute of Photonics and Electronics<\/a><\/strong> of the Czech Academy of Sciences. The meeting was concluded with a networking dinner at the Doln\u00ed B\u0159e\u017eany brewery.<\/p>\n<p>The LasApp project is focused on the development of state-of-the-art laser technologies, with potential use in space applications, biotechnology, or smart manufacturing.
