Succesful design and fabrication of functional structures by laser
A team of HiLASE Centre researchers managed to succesfuly design and fabricate functional strucctures for tailoring water repellency of a surface. Fabricated surface gained ultrahydrophobic behaviour with static contact angle of 180° and siding angle of 5°.
