Are you working on innovative materials for the Circular Economy? The ReMade@ARI consortium has just launched its final Call for Transnational Access (TNA) proposals for 2025–2026.
This unique opportunity offers scientists from academia and industry access to a broad network of more than 50 European analytical research infrastructures. The programme supports projects that explore the properties and structures of recyclable materials, providing facility access, travel and accommodation funding, and expert user support.
Rolling submission scheme
The call is open from September 2025 to May 2026, with proposals reviewed immediately upon submission. Thanks to the new rolling scheme, researchers gain more flexibility to carefully prepare, refine, and submit proposals. Please note that participating facilities apply staggered closing dates – make sure to check the Facility Schedule when planning your submission.
Access to advanced techniques at HiLASE
As a member of Laserlab-Europe, the HiLASE Centre is proud to be one of the nine Laserlab institutions offering TNA within ReMade@ARI. Researchers can apply for access to HiLASE instruments in the following fields:
- Laser processing
- Laser photochemistry & spectroscopy
- X-ray diffraction
While proposals typically cover at least two techniques across different facilities, Laserlab-Europe remains undersubscribed in ReMade@ARI. This means that applications for access to a single Laserlab facility, such as HiLASE Centre, are also eligible. In such cases, proposals must demonstrate high scientific excellence and strong Circular Economy relevance.
How to apply
- Rolling submission deadlines:
- TNA proposals: until 27 February 2026
- Pre-proposals may be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the relevant facility’s deadline
- Submission: via the ARIA Portal
