The HiLASE Centre is focused on the technological development of a new generation of diode-pumped lasers with a wide range of applications for scientific and industrial applications. HiLASE helps companies solve their needs and problems in an innovative way using globally unique laser technologies.

What’s going to fill your calendar:
- Programming and set-up of 5-axis linear drivers and optical axes for precise laser micromachining
- Development and implementation of efficient procedures for machining complex 3D parts
- Collaborating with teammates on micromachining automation projects
- Compliance with safety regulations and standards when working with laser machines
- Active participation in innovation projects and proposing improvements to processes and equipment
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure optimal equipment operation and maintenance
Your skills and technical capabilities are:
- Knowledge and experience with 5-axis linear actuators and optical axes
- Advanced skills in CAD and CAM programming
- Knowledge of Siemens NX or similar
- Experience with setting up procedures for machining complex 3D parts
- Active communication in English
- Ability to build custom programs to complement the current software solutions
You will receive extra points for these experiences:
- Experience in the development or maintenance of machine tools
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
- Previous experience in project management in the field of mechanical engineering or laser technology
